Share some material...

• While in a Nefsis conference (as a Host, Presenter or with the Annotate privilege)...
• Share a document, presentation, region, application, web browser, desktop or whiteboard
  

 

Open the annotation toolbar...

• The annotation tools are usually located in a toolbar to the left of the shared material. However, if the toolbar is not visible, click Annotate (so that it turns orange).

Once the annotation toolbar is open, you can choose from a variety of tools...

Application mode:
When you want to interact or use the application, web browser, desktop that you're sharing, click the application mode (white arrow) icon.

Select:
Allows you to interact or use any of the annotations made over the shared material.

Pen:
Allows you to draw a free-hand line, while holding down the mouse button.

Highlighter:
Allows you to highlight areas of interest, while holding down the mouse button.

Box:
Draws a box or rectangle over a share, while holding down the mouse button.

Ellipse:
Draws an ellipse shape over a share, while holding down the mouse button.

Line:
Draws a straight line over a share, while holding down the mouse button.

Image:
You can import any existing image from your PC. After you've clicked on this icon and chosen an image, you can hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse to re-size the image..

Text:
Provides you with a text box to type text in.

Orb pointer:
Changes your regular mouse pointer to an animated flashing orb. This can help get other attendees' attention to a specific area of the shared material.

Arrow pointer:
Changes your regular mouse pointer to an animated rotating arrow. This can help get other attendees' attention to a specific area of the shared material.

Quad pointer:
Changes your regular mouse pointer to an animated pulsating set of arrows. This can help get other attendees' attention to a specific area of the shared material.

Copy:
Copies the selected annotation, or text (if using a live share, such as application, web browser or desktop).

Paste:
Pastes the last copied annotation or text onto the shared material.

Delete:
Deletes the currently selected annotation.

Undo:
Undo's the last annotation action.

Redo:
Redo's the last annotation action.

Outline Options:
Gives you the ability to customize the width of the line, start and end styles (e.g. rounded, arrow, square) and color (including opacity)...

 

Fill Options:
Gives you the ability to customize the fill color of any shape (including the opacity)...

 

Text Options:
Gives you the ability to customize the width of the line, start and end styles (e.g. rounded, arrow, square) and color...

 

Bold:
Make the selected text bold.

Italic:
Make the selected text italic.

Underline:
Make the selected text underlined.

Left Align:
Aligns the selected text to the left.

Center Align:
Center aligns the selected text.

Right Align:
Aligns the selected text to the right.
